Amy and Ajay's wedding brought all the colour and beauty of Indian tradition to Amastuola, celebrated beneath a mandap overlooking the vineyards, with the Apulian countryside as a backdrop. It was an honour to host such a meaningful and joyful day, where two cultures came together within our landscape.

Ad Amastuola, lo chef Chirico racconta la Puglia attraverso un piatto che esalta la semplicità e la materia prima: asparago crudo, al vapore e grigliato, accompagnato da salsa di cardoncelli brasati e spuma di olandese.

Tre consistenze, profumi di terra e una delicata nota affumicata: la cucina pugliese che incontra la sensibilità dello chef.

They found Amastuola through a friend who had married here before them — and from the moment they arrived, they knew. Their favourite memory of the whole day wasn't the grand moments, but a quiet one: standing in the courtyard at night with their closest people, a live violinist playing under the stars.

Chi è salito fino alla masseria lo sa: prima ancora di arrivare, sono le onde del vigneto a farsi notare. Quel disegno, tre chilometri di filari che sembrano muoversi con la luce, porta la firma di Caruncho, il grande paesaggista spagnolo che lo ha immaginato, e che ci ha lasciato.

Le onde, gli ulivi secolari, i muretti a secco: tutto nasce dal suo modo di ascoltare la terra prima di disegnarla.
