Un ingrediente semplice, portato in una direzione inattesa.

I fagiolini, dorati al forno, diventano il centro del piatto. La delicatezza della bernese, la nota marina della salicornia e il contrasto croccante dei semi di zucca ne amplificano il carattere.

A completare, il tartufo nero estivo, con il suo profumo delicato e terroso, che racconta una delle sfumature più preziose di questa stagione.

Un piatto estivo, fatto di equilibri sottili.

A simple ingredient, taken in an unexpected direction.

Oven-roasted green beans take centre stage. The delicacy of béarnaise, the briny notes of samphire and the crunchy contrast of pumpkin seeds enhance their character.

To complete the dish, summer black truffle, with its delicate, earthy aroma, adds one of the season’s most precious nuances.
