The evening continues after dinner

Following the cake cutting, the celebration moves on with our open bar, signed by .bs , a dessert buffet and music, creating the setting for the final part of the evening

Our bar team took care of the drinks throughout the night, while the dessert buffet brought together a selection of sweets to close the dinner and make room for the party

From dinner to drinks, from dessert to music, every part of the evening was shaped around the same Sunlake approach: bringing our team, our service and our way of working wherever the celebration takes us

Dinner begins at

For this celebration, our team travelled from Lake Como to Tuscany, bringing with us not only the service, but the organisation, people and kitchen setup needed to recreate the Sunlake experience away from home

Our chefs prepared and served an Italian dinner on site, working with the same attention to detail that defines our everyday service. From the kitchen to the table, every course was prepared to be enjoyed at its best, surrounded by the atmosphere of the Tuscan evening

Moving beyond our usual destinations means adapting, setting up and bringing our way of working wherever the celebration takes us, this time, it was Tuscany

n.03 - From Vows to Toast

With the setting ready, our third appointment begins as comes to life

Guests arrive among the Florentine hills, as the villa welcomes the first moments of the celebration. From the ceremony to the aperitivo, every part of the afternoon unfolds within the gardens and spaces of Villa Gamberaia

Our team takes care of the hospitality throughout the experience: welcoming guests, serving drinks and passing around a selection of bites designed to accompany the first toasts and conversations of the day

From the first vows to the first glass raised together, the villa slowly fills with the energy of the celebration to come

Out There - Setting The Scene n.02

The morning after, our second appointment takes us to Villa Gamberaia, among the Florentine hills.

With the villa still empty, our team arrived to begin building the setting for the day ahead: from bringing in the tables and arranging the reception setup to setting each place with plates, glassware and every detail of the table.

Throughout the preparations, Martina, our Sales representative for the event, was there as a point of reference for the different teams and suppliers, helping coordinate the many moving parts behind the scenes.

Little by little, an empty villa began to transform into the setting for the celebration to come.

The night before the “I do”, our first appointment takes us to the heart of Florence

Inside the Cattedrale dell’Immagine, just steps from the Uffizi, the evening began with a welcome drink and an Italian aperitivo: bruschette prepared live by our chefs, an Italian buffet, and finger food served throughout the aperitivo

Then, as candlelight filled the cathedral and the sunset descended over the Arno, guests took their seats for a plated dinner, in an atmosphere where the grandeur of Florence met the intimacy of an evening shared around the table

For the occasion, Sunlake took care of the catering and bar service, from the first toast to the last drink of the evening

👩🏼‍💻 Deborah / Event Operations Coordinator

Deborah has been part of Sunlake since 2015, when the company was still taking its first steps. Since then, she has witnessed its growth firsthand, becoming one of the most familiar faces of the team. Everyone at Sunlake knows Deborah for her smile, for always being there when needed, and for the relationships she has built over the years with colleagues, clients, and suppliers

She began her journey in the commercial team, working closely with Alice and supporting the new members who joined the team over the years. Today, thanks to the experience she has gained throughout her time at Sunlake, she is an Event Operations Coordinator, putting her in-depth knowledge of the company and its events to use to anticipate needs and handle even last-minute challenges with calm and efficiency

Sunny, organised and responsible, Deborah is one of the people who have been part of Sunlake’s journey from the very beginning. And when she’s there, you know everything will find its place
