🍝✨ Pasta & Cantucci: an all-Italian success! ✨🍪
On Saturday, April 18th, we enjoyed a wonderful cooking class at Homesteria called Pasta & Cantucci, led by our fantastic Chef Pia!
Our American guests from jumped into the kitchen with so much passion:
they made handmade gnocchi, soft and perfect, and then enjoyed them with a delicate and fragrant high-quality butter and sage sauce.
To finish on a sweet note, they kneaded, cut, and baked authentic Tuscan cantucci, savoring them paired with an excellent Moscato di Trani Dulcis in Fundo by Torrevento — sweet, aromatic, and perfect for the occasion.
Amid flour, laughter, the aroma of butter and sage, and raised glasses, it was a truly special experience full of flavor and Italian conviviality. ❤️
