Artichoke Romana stile,
Peeling the artichoke,and add into water and lemon, in the main time preparing in one dish, bread crumbs, black pepper, garlic,wild ment , cappers, anchovies, mixing all together, stuffed your artichoke.
In one pot , put olive oil about 4 spoon,garlic, chilli touch, and near cover with 30% white wine and rest water. Cooking until soft.
