Caldo ed accogliente chalet in legno situato in una pineta appena dopo il centro abitato di Champoluc. Cucina tipica regionale a cui si aggiungono gustosi piatti della tradizione savoyarda come la bourguignonne, la raclette, la pierrade, la chinoise e la fonduta valdostana.

A volte basta poco

Una buona costata di manzo, una pietra rovente che mantiene il calore fino all'ultimo boccone e il piacere di gustarla in compagnia.
Ci sono piatti che non hanno bisogno di grandi presentazioni: parlano attraverso la qualità degli ingredienti e il piacere di stare a tavola.

🌿 **Ferragosto a Le Petit Coq** 🌿

Ci sono giorni in cui la cosa più bella è semplicemente stare insieme.

Pierrade
Una cena da vivere lentamente

Non tutte le cene si svolgono allo stesso modo.
Con la Pierrade la carne viene servita cruda e cotta direttamente al tavolo su una pietra rovente, permettendo a ciascuno di scegliere tempi e cottura secondo i propri gusti.

🌿 L’estate torna lentamente anche a Champoluc…
e con lei ritornano i pranzi all’aperto, il profumo del pane fatto in casa e la tranquillità del nostro giardino ai piedi del Monte Rosa.

Da venerdì 22 maggio abbiamo riaperto per la stagione estiva e non vediamo l’ora di accogliervi nel nostro chalet in legno, tra cucina valdostana, atmosfera rilassata e giornate da vivere con calma. ☀️

Per tutta l’estate il giardino sarà aperto a pranzo nelle giornate di bel tempo.
