Sei pronto a farti sorprendere dai cocktail di Bottega Botanic Bar?

Da settembre, Bottega Botanic Bar apre alle 19: si comincia al tramonto, con un cocktail in terrazza, e si continua a tavola da Golpaja.

Questo è l’Uovo Grappa Sour: grappa barricata toscana, salvia del nostro orto e un “tuorlo” all’arancia nascosto nel ghiaccio.

Prima il cocktail, poi la cena.

From September, Bottega Botanic Bar opens at 7 PM: start at sunset with a cocktail on the terrace, then continue with dinner at Golpaja.

This is our Uovo Grappa Sour: Tuscan barrel-aged grappa, sage from our garden and an orange “yolk” hidden in the ice.

First the cocktail, then dinner.

Ogni servizio inizia con una risata.
Poi si indossa il grembiule, si accendono i fuochi e ognuno torna al proprio posto.
Perché in cucina c'è spazio per divertirsi, ma quando arriva il momento del servizio, si lavora insieme.
