🔥 Chef Aggeliki Charami at Identità Milano Congress 2026 as a Guest Chef for Reporter Gourmet x Media Gourmet.

✅ Save the date: on June 8, we'll be present at the stand hosting live tastings, interviews, and culinary storytelling, with selected chefs presenting their signature dishes throughout the congress.

Chef Aggeliki will represent OMNIA Plant-Based Restaurant and bring to Milan her personal plant-based vision, built around technique, nature, ethical vision, and a contemporary approach to vegan fine dining.

A meaningful moment for us, and a beautiful recognition of our ethical culinary path that continues to grow far beyond the Dolomites.

Currently open position:
🌿 ⁠BARTENDER with experience in fine dining establishments

Requirements & Conditions:
• Season: June – October 2026 (seasonal contract).
• Food and accommodation are provided (mostly in double rooms; no pets allowed).
• EU citizens / or a working permit in Italy is mandatory.
• Previous experience is required.
• Languages: English and Italian.
• Preference will be given to vegan applicants.

For those who join us straight from the mountains in the middle of a hiking day or between ski runs - our lunch menu offers plant-based dishes that are nourishing, satisfying, and full of colour.

Even high above the clouds in South Tyrol, flavour loves to travel 😉 Among the dishes our guests return for again and again is this Bao Bun with Korean Cauliflower - a soft white bun, light as a cloud and handmade in our kitchen, filled with crispy Korean-style cauliflower, spicy fennel coleslaw, and garlic mayo 😍 Absolutely mouthwatering!

We can’t wait for the new season to begin in June and to welcome our guests back with fresh mountain air, beautiful lunches, and many more inspiring plant-based creations!
