🇮🇹 Il menu cambia perché la natura non resta mai ferma.
L’orto cresce, gli ingredienti raggiungono il loro momento migliore e la cucina segue ciò che la stagione decide di offrire.
Il nuovo menu estivo nasce così: da piatti più freschi, colori nuovi, consistenze leggere e idee che continuano a evolversi insieme alle materie prime.
Questa è soltanto una prima carrellata.
Nelle prossime settimane vi porteremo più vicino alla cucina e vi racconteremo, uno alla volta, alcuni dei nuovi piatti.

This is how the new summer menu comes to life: through fresher dishes, new colours, lighter textures and ideas that continue to evolve alongside the ingredients.
This is only a first glimpse.
