ineare l'alta qualità e la territorialità delle materie prime, usate per i nostri piatti. Questo vale anche per la cantina, composta soltanto da vini toscani ed elbani. La cucina, è a vista ed offre piatti mediterranei, personali o rivisitati con la fantasia della chef. Da noi, non troverete cibi precotti o precucinati, è praticamente quasi tutto espresso all'insegna del buon gusto e qualità. I piatti sono serviti con uno stile semplice ma artistico. Insomma se sceglierete di provarci, vi sembrerà di tuffarvi in un onda mediterranea a prescindere dai soliti banali posti turistici di massa. Mediterraneo (the basement of the old sailors) is a small, cozy restaurant located in one of the most characteristic streets of the historic center of Capoliveri. An art-restaurant all blue and gold to evoke the colors of the sea, fully furnished with paintings and jars Cristina, owner and chef of the restaurant.
