In Italia il caffè viene spesso descritto come amaro. ☕
Ma lo è davvero? O è semplicemente il modo in cui ne parliamo?

In molte parti del mondo, il caffè non viene definito amaro — è semplicemente “senza zucchero”.

Quell’amarezza aggressiva che spesso percepiamo nel caffè standard?
Di solito deriva da chicchi di bassa qualità e da tostature molto scure, in cui il caffè viene spinto fino al punto di bruciatura.

Il caffè non deve per forza essere amaro.
Può essere equilibrato, espressivo e ricco di sfumature.
