Red Moon Sparkling Red Moon® Sparkling ist ein hochwertiges alkoholfreies Aperitif, eine natürliche Alternative.

🍎 Red Moon® Sparkling ist als Cuvee das Ergebnis aus den zwei rotfleischigen Apfelsorten RS-1 und RM-1.

🍎 Rotfleischige Apfelsorten bestechen durch besonders hohe gesundheitliche Werte. Ihre Fruchtfleischfarbe ist ganz natürlich und entsteht durch die sog. Anthocyane, jene roten Pigmente mit antioxidativer Wirkung.

🍎 Die Äpfel werden schonend gepresst, pasteurisiert und mit Kohlensäure versetzt. Durch die einfache Kaltpressung bleibt die natürliche Fruchtfleischfarbe komplett erhalten. Auf Beigaben wie Zucker, Farbstoff, Konservierungsmittel und künstliche Vitamine wird vollständig verzichtet – 100% Apfel eben!
