25 anni non sono soltanto un anniversario.�Sono migliaia di caffè, incontri, conversazioni, persone.
Quando AROMA è nato, nel 2001, avevamo un’idea molto semplice e molto ambiziosa: creare a Bologna un luogo dedicato al caffè, alla sua cultura e a tutto ciò che può nascere intorno a una tazza.
Se siamo ancora qui, venticinque anni dopo, è perché quell’idea non è mai stata soltanto nostra.
È diventata anche vostra.
Di chi è entrato una volta ed è tornato.�Di chi ci ha scelti, raccontati, consigliati.�Di chi da cliente è diventato amico.�Di chi, negli anni, ha contribuito a fare di AROMA quello che è oggi.
E per questo il nostro venticinquesimo compleanno vogliamo festeggiarlo con voi.

Per una volta, niente caffè: solo calici. 🥂
Niente cerimonie e niente formalità.�Solo un brindisi allegro, qualche abbraccio, tanti sorrisi e il piacere di ritrovarci insieme.
Perché 25 anni sono un traguardo importante.�Ma soprattutto sono il punto da cui vogliamo continuare.
AROMA continuerà a cambiare, crescere ed evolvere, con la stessa idea di sempre: creare un luogo in cui il caffè sia esperienza, cultura, piacere — e soprattutto connessione tra le persone.
Ai nostri primi 25 anni.�E a tutto quello che verrà.

🥂�DEAR INTERNATIONAL COFFEE COMMUNITY�25 years are more than an anniversary.�They are thousands of coffees, encounters, conversations and people.
When AROMA was born in 2001, we had a simple but ambitious idea: to create a place in Bologna devoted to coffee, its culture, and everything that can grow around a cup.
If we are still here twenty-five years later, it is because that idea was never ours alone.
It also belongs to those who came once and came back.�To those who chose us, supported us, talked about us and shared our story.�To those who started as customers and became friends.
And it also belongs to the international coffee community that, over the years, has helped us grow, learn, evolve and keep looking forward.
So much of what AROMA has become comes from the people we have met along the way: colleagues, roasters, producers, trainers, judges, competitors, friends — people from different countries brought together by the same extraordinary world of coffee.
For that, we are deeply grateful.
Twenty-five years later, we are still curious, still evolving, still building connections — and still in love with what coffee can create between people.
To our first 25 years, and to all the friendships, ideas and journeys still ahead. ❤️
