W**e Independent ON STAGE
9 October — starting 18:30

On Friday 9th, W**e Independent is taking over our w**e list.

Their world is built around independent growers, living w**es and the people behind every bottle — found across Italy, France, Slovenia and beyond, then brought together by curiosity, friendship and plenty of drinking.

For one evening, they’ll be opening a selection by the glass and by the bottle. Some familiar, others much harder to come by. Chef’s specials from the kitchen and, naturally, the bottle that is always the one before the last.

Music by Francesco Zaniboni , pres. Soul Providence.

Bottles popping from 18:30.
Dinner from 19:30 - as usual.

No bookings required for aperitivo. Come by for a glass — stay for the penultimate bottle. 🫗

September at least — the month we’ve all we waiting for 🗯️

The in-between month, caught between seasons. Late-summer produce meets the first shy signs of autumn: the last figs, the first pulses — still dressed for summer.

Beans with parsley, cucumber, peppers and lemon; mezze maniche with leek butter, fig chutney and Sichuan pepper; roast aubergine with chilli oil and pine nuts.

We’re savouring the tail end of it all with a menu made for the changing season.
