Nel 1886 Federico Bonomi, titolare di una drogheria in via dei Fabbri, apre una torrefazione a Milano, in Conca del Naviglio. La maestria con cui lavora, e miscela, i migliori caffè del mondo è apprezzata in tutta la città. Nei primi decenni del ‘900 la torrefazione Bonomi fornisce un numero crescente di negozi nel territorio milanese. Nel dopoguerra Bonomi crea nuove miscele per i BAR e una strut

tura commerciale ad hoc. In seguito l’azienda sviluppa il canale Hotellerie-Restaurant-Café (HoReCa). La qualità delle miscele e la puntualità nella distribuzione diventano fattori di crescita decisivi. Per affrontare le nuove sfide commerciali, all’inizio degli anni ’80, l’azienda trasferisce la produzione in una nuova struttura, più funzionale. Verso la fine degli anni ‘80, in un mercato che si avvia verso la globalizzazione, la Caffè Bonomi stringe una forte collaborazione con un’importante società di trading del caffè crudo. Oggi siamo in grado di garantire ai nostri clienti due indispensabili fattori di qualità integrata: la massima competenza, in tutte le fasi di lavorazione e la regolarità negli approvvigionamenti.
