Croccantino al cioccolato: Gelato alla panna variegato con sciroppo al cioccolato, farcito e decorato a mano con granella di nocciola croccante

Two new flavors are added to the already extensive range of "Squoval" tubs 1 liter - 500 grams - 33.81 fl. oz Siviero Maria branded:

Caffè: prepared with a 50% of arabica coffee belnd and 50% of robusta coffee blend and decorated by hand with chocolate beans filled with coffee

Croccantino al cioccolato: cream flavored Gelato with chocolate syrup and decorated by hand with crunchy hazelnut grains

We have decided to line-up our flavor assortment Siviero Maria branded to the real Italian Gelato Tradition. Starting from April 2015the STRACCIATELLA flavor in the 1 litre/33.81 fl. oz squoval tub will have the following composition: “cream flavored Gelato with cocoa chips decorated by hand with cocoa coating on top” (see picture attached).

The previous Stracciatella recipe existing so far and consisting of “cream flavored Gelato with cocoa syrup, decorated by hand with dark chocolate curls” will keep on existing but under the name of AFFOGATO AL CIOCCOLATO (see picture attached).
