For more than a century, Corica has been one of them. A landmark of Brussels’ coffee culture, where generations of coffee lovers have gathered, united by a passion for quality and craftsmanship. 🇧🇪☕

During World of Coffee, Valentina Dalla Corte stopped by to visit the team and spend time in a place that continues to shape the city's coffee landscape while remaining deeply connected to its roots.

It was also an opportunity to celebrate a long-standing relationship built on shared values: attention to detail, a dedication to quality, and the belief that every great coffee experience starts with care at every stage of the journey.

Three inspiring days filled with meaningful conversations, long-awaited reunions, new connections, and a community that continues to surprise us with its energy, curiosity, and passion for coffee.

As always, our stand became a place where technology, design, and coffee culture came together naturally.

Here’s what we’ll take with us from this edition:

🎨 Creativity, served daily – From Michalis’ signature cocktails to the latte art challenge with Damian from Alpro, our 25th anniversary celebrations unfolded exactly as we had imagined: creating opportunities to experiment, connect, and experience coffee from different perspectives.

✨ Mina, dressed for the occasion – Our anniversary Mina panels were present throughout the show, sparking conversations about customization, identity, and the role design plays in shaping memorable coffee experiences. Have you chosen your favourite?

🧬 Roots and vision – Having Paolo and Valentina Dalla Corte at the booth was a reminder of who we are: a family company that continues to evolve while staying true to its roots and looking confidently toward the future.

In this video, newly crowned U.S. Barista Champion Jak Michael Ryan opens up about the emotions, hard work, and vision that brought him to the top of one of the most prestigious coffee competitions in the United States.
