Chef Salvatore Elefante likes to define its own cuisine "ally of the sea", preferring fish, seafoods and specialties typically Mediterranean. The environment, with attention to every detail, is full of symbols and works of art such as terracotta statues depicting women with hair sponge and sea nymphs, made by Paolo Sandulli. The open-style kitchen , characteristic and bright, decorated with Vietri ceramics, is visible to the guests. As it is visible the assortment of desserts in the inviting “room of temptations ": is here enclosed the best of classic Neapolitan pastry, the only real sin would be to resist.
