Collepina è un'antica azienda agricola di circa 50 ettari sita sui colli dell'Amerino ad una altitudine di 500 metri. Dalla sua posizione panoramica, si può ammirare l'antica città di Amelia con i suoi 3000 anni di storia. Da visitare il suggestivo centro storico con i suoi palazzi rinascimentali, le chiese, i vicoli medievali ed il museo cittadino con la straordinaria statua bronzea del Germanico
, recentemente valorizzata con una istallazione multimediale. A tre chilometri dall'agriturismo si raggiunge il paesino di Macchie ed i sui percorsi trekking segnalati, che attraversano le verdi colline e boschi di lecci e querce, mentre all'orizzonte si scorge la vetta del Monte Terminillo. L'azienda agricola olio extravergine di oliva ma anche orzo, favino, girasole, sorgo, farro e grano duro. Nel corpo principale della fattoria si trova il Ristorante Collepina mentre nel vecchio fienile raffinatamente ristrutturato vi sono 6 camere da letto che si affacciano su di un ampio giardino elegantemente curato e ricco di colori. Nel corpo destro distaccato leggermente dalla struttura principale si trovano i 3 appartamenti ampi e pieni di luce, piacevolmente freschi in estate quanto confortevolmente caldi ed accoglienti durante le altre stagioni. A disposizione degli ospiti, una bella piscina con vista sulle colline umbre intorno. Nei pressi dell'agriturismo si trova un maneggio che permette di prenotare escursioni a cavallo. Collepina Farm is a historic farm of 50 hectares located on dell'Amerino hills at an altitude of 500 meters. From its setting, you can admire the ancient town of Amelia with its 3000 years of history. To visit the charming old town with its Renaissance palaces, churches, medieval streets and a city museum with the extraordinary bronze statue of Germanicus, recently enhanced with a multimedia installation. Three kilometers from the farm you will reach the village of spots and hiking on marked trails, that cross the green hills and forests of oak and oak trees, while on the horizon you can see the summit of Monte Terminillo. The farm produces wine and extra virgin olive oil but also barley, faba bean, sunflower, sorghum, barley and durum wheat. In the main body of the farm is the Collepina restaurant while in the old barn tastefully renovated there are 6 bedrooms which overlook a large garden beautifully kept and full of color. In the right body slightly detached from the main building are the 3 spacious rooms and full of light, pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm and cozy during the other seasons. At guests' disposal, a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Umbrian hills around. Near the farm there is a riding that allows you to book horse rides.
