We are thrilled to announce that Hotel Santa Caterina has been awarded two Michelin Keys.

Michelin Keys are a hotel rating introduced by the Michelin Guide in 2024, alongside its long-standing restaurant stars. Hotels are assessed on criteria including architecture and design, service quality, location, and character. However, an award like this is never really just about the building. It reflects the housekeeping staff who know how a room should feel before a guest notices anything’s wrong, the front desk team who remember names and preferences without being told twice, the kitchen and restaurant staff and the gardeners who keep the terraces the way they’ve always looked. This recognition belongs to all of them.

We’re proud to be recognised this way, and ever grateful to the team whose work made it possible.
