We were honored to be guests of la Repubblica at the Kursaal Santa Lucia in Bari during “𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒆𝒎𝒆”, an event dedicated to exploring and promoting the region, with discussions focused on the economy, local excellence, tourism, quality of life, and a sustainable future.
It was an important opportunity for dialogue and exchange, during which Alessandro Paiano, owner of Trattoria Terra Madre Alberobello, shared his vision of agriculture based on slow, mindful processes, focused on quality and the enhancement of outstanding local products. A model that places sustainability at its core, while fully respecting authenticity, tradition, and the cultural identity of the territory.
