Mama Rama is an Ode to the super awesome cooking skills of my mother Rama from a North-Indian Thakur family. Slow and steady teaching from past 20 years, so that I could cook for myself when I was in boarding school or in college or just abroad.
I thought everybody could cook and handle 15-35 spices. Knowing them to differentiate amongst each other.
