What is your favorite thing to do in Iceland or Reykjavík?⛰️
Going up north for family and the most beautiful landscapes. Reykjavík is vibrant and usually alive but breaking bread with friends at a good spot, hitting the pools on an icy night, and strolling through the old part of downtown is key.
Whats your favorite thing to cook? 🥘
At home, it’s an honest roasted drippin chicken that hits the hardest. At work, I’d say, due to my rapid pace, it’s each and every dish I work on at that time.
What is your favorite restaurant experience?
So many experiences I could mention, but The French Laundry was a memorable one for sure. Here in Iceland, I’d have to say the Siggi Laufdals Grillið 2018 experience.
Favorite Icelandic ingredient?
Without a doubt, the Icelandic cattle and its produce. Icelandic dairy products are at the highest level - butter, cream, milk, cheese… all of it 🧀🥛🧈
