We can tell by tomato growth how long it’s been since we’ve been in touch 🌱😮
Again it’s only because we have had no næs news to share ~ yet ~ but we still miss U 💚

One GREAT piece of news is the reopening of host house Gaukurinn on Friday 🥳 sadly we won’t be able to join them in opening at this point, but all is not lost and we are working on something new ✨

LAST SNACKS ~ FOR NOW‼️ We urge U to come and celebrate the much awaited return of our town’s best and beloved live music venue ~ we will be there with hugs and treats ❤️
Free for all first come first served small token of our appreciation 🎁
A farewell for now meganæs eaters + welcome back drinkers and concert goers~snack that we want to make especially for all of U 🍻🍽🤗

Wish it wasn’t so, but we assure you we are still closed 💔

Today the gathering ban is lightening from 20 to 50 people in Reykjavík ⛅️ We wish all fellow businesses who are able to open back up after lockdown all the best of luck + that all of us proceed with caution in mind and hands in gloves 🧤🤓🧴🤲 🧼

Our beloved host house Gaukurinn remains closed until further notice, and so do we 🚪🥺

Wish we had more info to share today ~ but we can say for sure that we miss all of you and ohh DO we miss cooking for you❣️✨🥰🍃

This has been and still is a trying time for all. We don’t expect any special sympathy here at all, but rather want to take a moment to thank you all who have been sending us your kind encouragements and words of support ~ we truly appreciate you all 🌱🤲💚

We haven’t been very communicative through this but kept our distancing, including on social media 🤐😓😷

We apologise for this, it’s not because we don’t enjoy talking with you all anymore ~ we simply haven’t known what’s going to happen and we still don’t know what’s going to be possible to do, so have waited with announcing anything ~ but at this point we just wanted to say HÆ 👋😘

We might not be open and able to serve you at this time but we are still here, and like our tomato sprouts we’re looking for ways to outgrow this tiny pot we found ourselves in 👍🌿🍅

We will see each other again we just don’t know when 💛🕊🤗

We are all human beans and this reality is unprecedented in any of our lifetimes 🦠 We can really only try to make the best of things, find calm in belief that change always offers growth ~ and help each other out where we can ✊🌳💪

We feel grateful looking backwards and hopeful looking forward, today we feel uncertainty ~ but with love. Thanku ❤️

Gaukurinn bar remains closed this week and until further notice depending on the gathering ban 🚨
We can’t sell drinks but we still got some of the best water in the world ~ and food is what we want to keep affording to sell so we are focusing on that 🤗🍔👀
