We strive to create delicacies that bring a French culinary experience here in Iceland. I am Aurore, a French pastry chef in Reykjavik. My passion lies in in pastry, i have studied at the world-renowned Institute Paul Bocuse in France and have worked in the industry for over 16 years at some of the very finest establishments. Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a little insight into why some cakes can be a bit on the pricey side. It’s not just about making them look pretty! It’s the quality ingredients, the time it takes to perfect them, and the tools I use. After 20 years in the kitchen, I’ve picked up a few skills that really bring my cakes to life. So when you enjoy one of my creations, know that there’s a lot of heart and experience behind it. Just wanted to give you a peek into what goes into making something delicious! 🍰❤️ this 105 people wedding cake took me 3 days of work.
