A Sincere Apology message to Our Customers & Supporters.
At T&L Penang Laksa, we take immense pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all our guests. We are aware of a video circulating showing a staff member preparing food in a manner that does not reflect our service standards.
The staff member was preparing a personal meal during a scheduled break. However, we fully acknowledge that this was handled inappropriately. Preparing personal food in a public-facing area and the casual conduct displayed are not in line with the rigorous training we provide our team.

Professionalism: We have addressed this incident with the individual and the entire team to ensure that personal breaks remain behind the scenes.
Food Safety: We want to reassure you that our strict hygiene protocols apply to every dish made in our kitchen, whether for a guest or a team member. To ensure food safety and hygiene, we have replaced with new utensils.
Improvement: We are using this as a coaching moment to ensure our service remains as high-quality as the food we serve.
We sincerely apologize to any guests who witnessed this or felt our standards had slipped. We value your feedback and your trust, and we are committed to doing better.
