🇬🇧 This is our vegan roll, barley sausage. And bulsur is Icelandic vegetarian/vegan sausages made from Icelandic barley, kidney beans and other delicious ingredients. The producers are a small family on a mission to produce and design new food from vegetables. All ingredients: Icelandic Barley from the Vallanes farm, Kidney Beans, Water, Tomatoes, Cornstarch, Wheat, Flaxseeds, Chia Seeds, Sunflower Oil, Icelandic Sea Salt from Saltverk, Almonds, chili pepper, garlic, Rapeseed Oil from the Þorvaldseyri farm, Arrowroot, cu**in, Smoked Hot Paprika and black pepper.

🇬🇧Taking advantage of this Christmas season, we’re going to tell you how our secret sauce came about... Because it was precisely during this Christmas season that our chef created it for his children, and as his children loved it, he decided to try it on the lobster roll. Vegna þess að það var einmitt á þessu jólatímabili sem kokkurinn okkar bjó hana til fyrir börnin sín og þar sem börnin hans elskuðu hana ákvað hann að prófaðu það á humarrúllu.
