We are feeling happy to announce celebration for the grand opening of Potli Bati Chokha restaurant with a brand new look on a bigger scale in the most hustle place in Benaras, Assi Ghat , Ganga River, Varanasi @ Ganga Math, Assi Ghat, Varanasi Yesterday at 5pm

*Potli story*
When we began the Potli journey, we never knew how people would respond to our food, especially when there are other big players in the market. So we kept our focus on providing a homely experience, tried to be unconventional than the rest in terms of quality; make people connect with the culture and the background of our food. The journey was challenging, and everyday was a new learning experience, but we sustained.

Then covid occurred and things went onto a halt. But our customers kept the memories alive for Potli on internet and that inspired us to make a comeback by opening our restaurant with a brand new look on a bigger scale in the most hustle place in Benaras, the Assi Ghat.
But our vision at its roots is still the same of providing our customers an experience of our old village culture connected to our food. Hoping to gain more love from our customers in future.

Message from Management -

Today we saw a customer "Divyendu Rai" visited our family restaurant and while finishing his entire meal he saw an insect in the food to which he has posted furious hate messages on his Facebook profile. We did our investigation and quality control check and we found that our quality and cleanliness checks are in commendable order. We fully assure that we shall never compromise with the quality and safety of food for our customers. We believe that Divyendu Rai posted on his Facebook profile to damage our reputation. Our foundation is laid on strong principles of providing good quality traditional food and no one should take a liberty to spread fake rumours in the market to tarnish our image. In the past two years we have build and strengthen our trust with our customers and we will continue to do so.

Our customers are our family and we always care for our family. Thank you in believing in us.
