Just Biryanis was a lifelong dream coming true for me.
There were so many times through this process that I didn’t know if I would make it, so many days I was crippled with self-doubt, and so many moments I wanted to throw in the towel.
But I didn’t quit.
Instead i went all the way to the finish line.
Its three weeks since we have opened and your reviews and pat on the back gave me strength all the way. Today i'm humbled and proud at the same time for this honor from all of you who trusted me. A tearful thank you to all of you with a promise that reaching heights of glory will in no way compromise the taste and quality of our biryani.
