Mahjong 🀄️ is a craze and we’ve created this stunning cake for a birthday with the elements of a traditional Chinese painting… the mountains, cherry blossoms the Japanese crane and ofcourse we had to add the prettiest edible pink and green mahjong tiles to carry the theme through!

A masterclass in hand piped buttercream flowers - something I’ve been wanting to learn for a while !! Because it had to be from someone who’s mastered the craft … I waited and saved up for this amazing trip to Malaysia Shaun Teo hosted the world famous and super talented Queena niuniu cake who travels round the world teaching this craft!
What a great learning experience! She’s really the best in the business. Thank you Queena for teaching and sharing your knowledge … I really enjoyed every bit of this class.
Thank you & your amazing team - Amanda, Jasmine and the others for making this so seamless & enjoyable !! Look forward to coming back and learning more beautiful art and eating those delicious cakes!!!
