A tourist coming to trichy will even compromise a temple but not Parthasarathy vilas delicious Dosas. Local people have a belief that their day begins with the dharshan at Shri akilandeshwari Jambhugeshwarar temple coupled with mouth watering Dosas at Parthasarathy vilas.
