ആവിയിൽ വേവിച്ചെടുക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണം എത്ര പേർക്കിഷ്ടമാണ് ?

ഈ വര്‍ഷത്തെ ആറ്റുകാല്‍ പൊങ്കാലയ്ക്ക് ഒരുങ്ങി തലസ്ഥാന നഗരി നാളെ നടക്കുന്ന പൊങ്കാലയ്ക്കായി ഭക്തർ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നായി എത്തിത്തുടങ്ങി. പല സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലായി പൊങ്കാല അർപ്പിക്കാനായി സ്ഥലങ്ങള്‍ ക്രമീകരിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്കുള്ള റോഡിന്‍റെ ഇരുവശങ്ങളിലായി പാർക്കിംഗും നിരോധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കെഎസ്ആർടിസിയും റെയിൽവേ പ്രത്യേക സർവീസും നടത്തും. ഇന്ന് ഉച്ച മുതൽ നാളെ രാത്രി എട്ടു മണിവരെ തലസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഗതാഗതനിയന്ത്രമുണ്ട്. ചരക്കു വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ വലിയ വണ്ടികളെ നഗരത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കില്ല. കനത്ത ചൂടിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ കുടിവെള്ള വിതരണത്തിനായി നഗരസഭയും വിവിധ സംഘടനകളും ക്രമീകരണങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് വിവിധ സ്ഥലങ്ങളില്‍ മെഡിക്കല്‍ ടീമുകളെ സജ്ജമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതുകൂടാതെ ആംബുലന്‍സ് സേവനവും ലഭ്യമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

പൊങ്കാലയിടുന്നവര്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടത്..

ചൂട് വളരെ കൂടുതലായതിനാല്‍ പൊങ്കാലയിടുന്ന എല്ലാവരും സുരക്ഷിതത്വം ഉറപ്പാക്കണമെന്ന് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ് പറഞ്ഞു. അന്തരീക്ഷ താപനില കൂടുതലായതിനാല്‍ ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങള്‍ എല്ലാവരും പാലിക്കണം. ചൂട് കൂടുതലായതിനാല്‍ നിര്‍ജലീകരണം ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ദാഹം തോന്നുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ പോലും ഇടയ്ക്കിടയ്ക്ക് ധാരാളം വെള്ളം കുടിക്കുക. ക്ഷീണം, തലവേദന, തലകറക്കം, ശ്വാസതടസം തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉണ്ടായാല്‍ തണലിലേക്ക് മാറുകയും വൈദ്യസഹായം തേടുകയും ചെയ്യുക. ആറ്റുകാല്‍ പൊങ്കാലയോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ദിശ 104, 1056, 0471 2552056 ലേക്ക് വിളിച്ച് ഡോക്ടറുടെ ഉപദേശം തേടാവുന്നതാണ് .പൊങ്കാലക്ക് ഏത്തി ചേരുന്ന മുഴുവൻപേർക്കു ടീം ആവി യുടെ ആശംസകൾ
