The last time I served Beef Brisket at Saturday Night Diner was in May 2025. The main reason was that the supply of Prime Quality Beef Brisket was scarce. So when my supplier in Chennai informed me that she would be receiving a load of Prime Beef Brisket this week, I immediately placed my order. Nothing like serving the best to my SND customers😍

It's October and time at Saturday Night Diner to get ready for the Christmas Season!!🎄. Our final mixing with Cashewnuts and Almonds for our RUM YUM Rich Plum Cakes mixture was pending!! The fruits have been soaking in alcohol and spices since July 2025 and the nuts are the only last minute addition before we start baking next month to allow the cakes to mature for another month, prior to them leaving SND Kitchen to our customers.
We invited a few regulars of SND to SND Kitchen to do the final cake mixing. What a fun evening it was!! Laughter, mixing and dinner were the highlights of the evening and definitely a great start to the Christmas Season ahead!!

With SND Greens, Chef Priya's aim is to provide wholesome and tasty salads and ensure that each portion of salad contributes to a total meal replacement and assists in the wellness journey of our customers. To remove the fatigue of eating salads, each week will.have a new salad menu. The menu for next week is ready. However, during that week, SND Greens will be offering salads only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (28, 29 & 30 September).

Another Mexican Night entered SND Kitchen & Quesadillas filling with Taco Shrimps / Taco Chicken / Taco Vegetables left Saturday Night Diner today to our customers. Every portion had 2 plump quesadillas, made from homemade handrolled tortillas, along with Arroz Rojo, Sour Cream, Pickled Jalapeños & a Roasted Corn & Avocado Salsa to make the meal into a perfect Mexican dinner experience!!
Another Saturday that brought a smile on both my and my customers face!!🥰😊

Saturday Night Diner brings a Mexican favourite this Saturday to your table - the Quesadilla!! Just as the name suggests, the dish is a cheesy tortilla sandwich.
Queso - Cheese
Dilla - short form of Tortilla.
It started off where the "abuelas" used to make a quick fix meal for their ever hungry grandchildren, after the able adults at home went to the fields. The old lady would take some leftover tortillas from lunch, stuff it with cheese and leftover meat shreds & other items and grill it on either side to make a much-sought after sandwich at home!! The popularity grew so much that it's a regular in the menu of every Mexican household

SND Bakes prepares fresh American Style Cookies & Brownies and during the Christmas Season, bakes our signature Rum Yum Rich Plum Christmas Cakes.
And now, we are introducing SND Greens, our Salad Bowls, that once again showcase World Cuisine through a variety of salads. The Salad menu for the week would go out on Saturdays and our Salads will be available from Mondays to Fridays. As usual, preorder required. With the launch of SND Greens, Chef Priya Roy is happy to be part of your healthy eating journey too!!

After a very long time, it was a Russian Night at Saturday Night Diner last evening!! The hero dish of the day was the Russian favourite "Stroganoff". At SND Kitchen, we made the traditional Beef Tenderloin & Mushroom Stroganoff and also a Vegetarian version of Babycorn & Mushroom Stroganoff and paired the Stroganoff with Buttered Pilaf Rice, Braised Pumpkin & Peas, Sour Cream, Gherkins & a Roasted Beetroot Salad. A classic dish that brought back memories of Russian friends and trials at culinary school!! Perfect nostalgic evening!!
