We make no compromise on the quality of products, since Avees owns a modern, state of the arts rice processing plants, near by in Pulincunnoo. Rice from the surrounding paddy fields is turned into high quality products , using traditional artisanal practices of the region. We follow a conventional course for washing, drying and powdering the rice and fry the produce in large brass pans over slow burning firewood.
