And so begins the story of Madhushala Suma’s cocktail series, where childhood nostalgia meets the craft of a modern cocktail.

Our first chapter, Under the Tamarind Tree, takes us back to the familiar comfort of homemade shikanji brought to life with tamarind-infused vodka, orange, lime, shikanji, a hint of spice and tamarind candy.
