Chole tikki

The fried potato pattice dunked in spicy chickpea gravy, with tons and tons of flavors and oomphs! Things like these make the Indore sarafa bazaar our favorite from our journey.

This is a unique food heaven which is open only at night, just in front of jewellery shops when they close down. There are lanes and lanes of only food! We were so lost in food that we forgot to journal everything we ate. From this spicy chole tikki, to sabudana khichdi, bhutte ka kees, pani puri, ice gola, rabri malpua, big gigantic jalebi, there were so many mouth watering experiences that each need one whole chapter in it's praise

Before we cross the Maharashtra border and enter Madhya Pradesh, it was a must to have a hot and spicy plate of pav bhaji. We won't be getting this sinful, spicy, buttery plate of goodness for next few days. Enjoyed every bit of this!

All about yesterday!

We were a part of a wonderful Christmas event hosted by Kidpop and we loved every second of it.

We were overwhelmed by the responses we got. Our food was well loved not only by the adults but even the tiny tots as young as 17-18 months old!

The Mintz kitchen is blessed to have a team of not only wonderful cooks but dedicated back end team too. The whole team worked for two days relentlessly without taking a break of even few hours!

Safe to say because of their awesome planning and dedication, not only did we have finger licking food, we pulled off an event with no contingency, an event where everything was planned and taken care of to the minutest detail possible.

We stand proud today and it's because of our team!

May we work together towards success always
