Chole tikki
The fried potato pattice dunked in spicy chickpea gravy, with tons and tons of flavors and oomphs! Things like these make the Indore sarafa bazaar our favorite from our journey.
This is a unique food heaven which is open only at night, just in front of jewellery shops when they close down. There are lanes and lanes of only food! We were so lost in food that we forgot to journal everything we ate. From this spicy chole tikki, to sabudana khichdi, bhutte ka kees, pani puri, ice gola, rabri malpua, big gigantic jalebi, there were so many mouth watering experiences that each need one whole chapter in it's praise
