This startup story goes way back in time in the lockdown. It was a struggle when a big time foodie like who always found healthy eating a punishment and kept looking for options around the vicinity, wherein she could eat nutritious food without compromising on taste.
She kept questioning her trainer for healthy recipes and food options that also also be budget friendly, as she didn’t want to spend hours looking for fancy ingredients.

That’s when a thought came to both of their minds, when 70% of our health begins from our kitchen, let’s have our own commercial one☺️ That’s how The Fit Frenzi Cafe was born.
A place that takes away your woes of what to eat, when to eat and how to eat.

With just an idea in our mind, and determination to change the general stereotypes around diets and healthy eating. Right from pizzas, pastas, wraps you can have it all, as long as you have the healthier alternatives of it and meet your daily macro requirements.
