Born in Mumbai, raised in Gujarat, educated in Udaipur, and honed his knowledge, skills and creativity alongside the best chefs of Taj Lake Palace. In order to further his culinary career and to widen his horizon, this curious young, dynamic chef, moved on and secure a position with Le Meriden Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. s, he decided to go and circumnavigate the World. For the past 10 years, Chef Meet is associated with an upper premium luxury cruise line based in Miami FL USA, which gave him an opportunity to fulfill his curiosity and love for traveling and everything culinary. 6 continents, 38 countries & territories, close to 250 ports of call and several timezones later, His curiosity for perfect epicurean exploration, has finally came true. While on vacation, Chef Meet loves to spend time with his family in Surat, together with his Filipina wife (also a chef and a culinary teacher) and traveling and rediscovering the beauty, custom, culture, traditions, commerce, and cuisine of India. He loves listening to classical Indian music and chilling out to the beat of contemporary Western songs.
