Day 2 of 3, and we were all about celebrating our love for PIZZAS! 🍕
Our biggest night of all nights, serving 500+ guests, with more labour-intensive items on the menu.
After our first night of cooking and getting used to the new setup, we were feeling a bit more confident and at ease. Plus, nothing beats the excitement of dishing out our signature pizzas! 🎉 This spread was our grandest yet, and we’re thrilled that we meticulously planned every detail, from 3D modeling the space to ensuring we had all the right equipment setup at each station.
Our top highlights of the night? Slicing up pizzas to order, offering custom hot sauce bottles (a special touch for the bride and groom!), serving made-to-order fresh ravioli, and whipping up a pomelo salad with bite-sized burrata cheese.
