Weekend aa Gya, Finally aaj kuch tu Bahar ka khye ge!
Yes, even we are big promoters of having a cheat or a reward meal and we ask people not to restrict themselves from their cravings.
But once you go outside, you feel like, “IK HE TU DIN HAI, AAJ KHA LETI HOON”, and that one meal can pile up to 1000 to 2000 to 3000 Kcal.
Full of flavour and so filling. There is nothing like you can have a plate of chole bhature only in the morning but whenever you have it, it is like a full meal complete of carbohydrates and fat proteins. However, the carbs come from refined flour or maida which isn't healthy. Even the fats used at most shops to prepare them are low quality and bad for your health.
This one meal of chole bhature along with Gulab jamuan as the desert is providing you with calories enough for an entire day.😱😱

To make this more believable we decided to carry out a comparison between our three meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner as one side of the comparison and chole bhature which is consumed as a snack, all alone on one side.😯🤔
The results truly amazed us!!
chole bhature guys contain 1022 kilocalories, and 54 grams of fat and adding 2 pc of big Gulab jamun can add another 520Kcal.

A combination of breakfast comprising Mooli parantha with Amul butter (10 gm) , lunch of maki di roti and saag, and dinner of a bowl of khichdi adds up to a total of just 848 Kcal calories. 😱😱
