VISION MEET 2026-27
The Vision Meet 2026–27 was successfully conducted on 4th August 2026, bringing together the team for a day of learning, inspiration, collaboration & fun. The event focused on strengthening our vision, improving teamwork, preparing ourselves for the year ahead along with a short Rewards & Recognitions program.

The program was hosted by RJ Samir, who welcomed everyone & kept the session engaging through the Meet & Greet. This was followed by a warm Welcome Address by Ashna Rai.
The knowledge-sharing session began with Sharon Tamang, who spoke on the Importance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Discipline, emphasizing the role of consistency & professionalism in achieving organizational goals.
Alisha S***a highlighted the Importance of Teamwork, encouraging collaboration & mutual support in the workplace.
Smith Lama delivered an insightful session on Turning Negative Customers into Good Sales, sharing practical approaches to handling challenging customer interactions.
Dipashna S***a then shared her personal experiences & learnings, inspiring the team through her journey.
The team was entertained by a wonderful Dance Performance by Pema Yanzi Tamang and Anusha Aley, adding energy & excitement to the event.
A special highlight of the program was the Founder’s Message by Mr Sidhant Sampang(founder, Sonada Telecom & Chatbox cafe & Bakehouse), who shared the organization’s vision, motivated the team & encouraged everyone to strive for excellence.
The learning sessions concluded with an engaging workshop by Mr Mingma Girmi Sherpa on β€œTurning a Smartphone into a Creative Tool,” where participants explored how smartphones can be effectively used for creativity, content creation & productivity.
The event concluded with the Closing Remarks by Gyalmu Tamang (founder, Chatbox Cafe & Bakehouse) who thanked everyone for their active participation & contributions.

To end the day on a joyful note, everyone participated in fun games & enjoyed quality time together at the swimming pool, making the Vision Meet 2026–27 both meaningful & memorable.

Chatbox Cafe conducted its first baking workshop for the students of Sonada Degree College, in collaboration with the Women Cell, Sonada Degree College. The session introduced participants to the fundamentals of baking, where they learned to prepare eggless vanilla sponge (along with the theory of sponge made with egg), butter cookies & Chatbox Cafe’s signature Coffee Mocha Cake. The workshop was interactive, hands-on & gave students an opportunity to learn basic baking techniques in a fun & engaging environment.
We are sincerely grateful for this recognition & look forward to organizing more such workshops in the future.
