The Doke teas are delicious. We have found them exceptional this year. Again, that 1st flush tippy that we bought earlier in the year is amazing, such sweetness! We've included it in a taster pack we offer called 'Great Teas of India'. Are the green teas assamica leaves? I know those can be hard to process as green, but there seems to be a real lightness of touch as they are vegetal and sweet while not running to a weediness in the aftertaste. The Doke green diamond tippy just has something extra about it, a touch of smokiness that is very intriguing. I was talking to Jane Pettigrew a few weeks ago and she was praising the work you are doing. I couldn't agree more.
