Thank you Sir Abhilash Baranwal
For inviting The Chicken Wagon to the Informal Interaction-cum-Lunch session. 🙏
Yesterday was a great session. We listened, we shared, and most importantly, we learned.
One point raised by Sir Abhilash, that really stayed with us is customer service in Shillong.
As entrepreneurs, perhaps the change should begin inside our own businesses, with us.
So, let us learn to bow, to smile, to greet more, to say “Welcome” and “Thank You,” and most importantly, to make every person who walks through our doors feel respected.
We are fortunate to live in a place where respect, humility and hospitality are deeply valued across our different communities and cultures.
Whether it is the way we greet one another, make way for others, bow our heads respectfully or simply say “Excuse me”* when passing in front of someone, these values are already around us.
Maybe all we need to do is bring them with us when we step into our workplaces.
And if every entrepreneur starts this within their own team, imagine the difference we can create together.
Thank you, Sir, for giving us something to think about.
Let it start from us. Let’s make service a part of who we are.🤝
