Cinnamon fish curry (Dalchini Diya Masor Jool)

Ingredients:
½ kg firm white fish fillets, cut into medium pieces
2 handfuls spinach partially boiled and minched roughly.
3 large tomatoes
1 chopped tomato
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red pepper powder (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste.

In a large pot put oil sauté onions and garlic, add spices, and tomatoes stirring well. Add fish. Over medium heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add spinach simmer 3 minutes. Voila…...

Qeema matar....

Heat ghee and fry onion. Add salt, green chillies, turmeric and coriander powder. Add cardamom and garam masala and simmer. Now add mutton qeema and peas. Then add a cup of hot water. Cover and cook till the water evaporate and peas and qeema are done. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
