I love combining the citrus notes from orange, sharpness from ginger and the tang from dried cranberries in my bakes.

Baked this cake bursting with fresh orange and ginger flavours with a brown butter orange glaze, with a few dried cranberries scattered on top for color.

Golden Mangoes, sultanas, green raisins, black currants, tooty fruity, tangy cranberries, home made candied fruit peel marinated in rum and spices...baked gently in a batter made with butter, sugar, eggs and, molasses until the aroma seduces you to break your diet... Cooled and matured further with frequent rum baths for extra booziness.... Now, that is Christmas in your mouth! Hi hic hurray 🥂🥃

Available in 600 gms and 1400 gms packing for Rs. 750 and Rs.1600 respectively .

Brownie cravings at odd hours? Bake your own in under half an hour (yep, that includes baking time) and feel like a master chef.

Developed in my kitchen, after umpteen trials, this dry mix will become your go to brownie fix! Just add the wet ingredients and bake. The pack yields 2 batches of about 500grams each. Make all at one go or save half for later. Eggless version also available on request.

The mix contains sulphur free sugar and has no preservatives, additives, fillers, taste enhancers, texture improvers, or anything you wouldn't put in your food. It stays good at room temperature for up to three months; longer in a refrigerator.
