This series of bakery and baking classes covers layered cakes, everyday tea cakes, bundt cakes, and cheesecakes — helping you move beyond recipes and truly understand how to bake, balance, and finish cakes.

These baking classes are fully hands-on and conducted in small groups, with a focus on clean, honest baking using real ingredients. We also include both egg and eggless variations, along with a strong emphasis on buttercream over non-dairy whipped cream.

By the end of these bakery classes, you’ll be able to confidently bake cakes for your home, hosting, or even take your first steps towards starting a home baking business.
