The cuisine of Goa is mostly seafood-based; and contents rice and fish. Other seafood delicacies include pom fret shark, tuna and mackerel. Among the shellfish are crabs prawns, tiger prawns, lobster, squid, and mussels. The sea food of Goa is heavily influenced by the Portuguese who also introduced potatoes and tomatoes to this part of the world. At the new upcoming restaurant FISH DISH, founded by Nikhil Bagat & his partners, you will be surprised by the local culinary experience while dining at the restaurant. The food is basic – fresh and tasty, some of the dishes are being interestingly twisted. We have our own fishing boat with fishermen who bring fresh fish in to the restaurant every morning and we have the best chefs to prepare the dishes in the most delicious way, all from Goan style to North Indian tandoori and even a fish soup inspired from the Norwegian cuisine. To make it extra interesting , we can also arrange your private parties at the roof terasse starting with sun downer cocktails overlooking the rice fields and the serene beauty of Goa followed by snacks and dinner.
