Found the ultimate spot for Kuzhi Mandi in Pune!🔥

Me and the crew finally hit up Ikkubhai’s Restaurant to try their famous Kuzhi Mandi, and the hype is real. The star of the show is definitely the Mandi rice, it is incredibly aromatic and smoky, having absorbed all the rich juices from the pit-cooked meat.

The mandi comes with a tender Masala Shawaya (grilled chicken), but we leveled up and ordered the Peri Peri Alfaham and Pepper Alfaham on the side.

Pro Tip: The ultimate bite is mixing that flavorful rice with their spicy Tomato Salsa, fresh Mango Salad and creamy Mayonnaise. 🍅🤌
