Offering the widest variety of the most hatke Idly flavours for the very first time in Pune is Mr. & Mrs. Idly. Located near D-Mart on Baner road, this is the newest addition to Baner and we’re happy to be the ones giving you the first look and all the idlicious details.

Ever tried fried Idly stuffed with achaar? Have you eaten Idly with Kanchipuram masala? What about Subz Idly, Curd Idly or Punjabi Idly? Serving 11 such amazing varieties of our simple and beloved dish is this new kid on the block. One look at the menu and the Idly section left us simply amazed. Curiosity got the better of us and we tried so many different options! If you’re going to put French Fry Idly on the menu we’re going to order it without a second thought. Absolute fried delight!

We’re not going to give away all the finer details but it’s a treat to the taste-buds when you eat such funky combos. Steamed Idly stuffed with paneer, deep fried Idly with an evident hint of achaar, Idli topped with lots of curd and kadipatta…YUM! Special mention to the Saambar and 2 chutneys served along. Besides the usual chutney there’s another red one that’s just totally delicious and so rare to find! For lovers of South Indian cuisine, here’s a place offering the taste of Chennai…We can’t wait to go back for the filter kaapi and dosas.
