Engaged in embroidering a shawl, painting a vase or cooking a meal, The Kashmiris’ natural talent helps them achieve the exacting standards. Snow-bounded for much of the year and confined to the house during bleak wintry days, the Kashmiris developed an almost obsessive interest in food – it could bring enjoyment and sparkle to life, even on the dreariest of days. Great care is taken to plan and prepare a mean, and all social activity revolves around well-cooked food and now same food can be served at your home from our Kashmiri kitchen.
